Partners in Care

Many thanks to colleagues at Partners in Care for sharing the YouTube clips they produced to show how you can support older people and those living with Dementia to drink more.

Partners in Care are a not-for-project membership organisation representing approximately 260 independent Nursing, Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care providers in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. Partners in Care collaborated with NHS Shropshire/Telford & Wrekin in a ‘Clinical Practice Education Project’ working with 20 care homes across Shropshire with the aim of reducing admissions to hospitals from care homes.
